Here is a list of everything we think you will need to know about shopping with us... if we missed something please feel free to contact us.  We will get back to you quickly! 

Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the next business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.  All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Cjewels offers free shipping on all orders $25.00 and over (excluding taxes).  Free shipping is only available in the continental United States.  For orders less than $25.00 we offer a flat rate of $5.00.  Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Restrictions - Cjewels does not ship to the following destinations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • US Territories
  • International
  • P.O. Boxes or APOs

We will do all that we can to ensure your shipment arrives on time.  Cjewels cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as severe weather.

Returns

If you are not completely over the moon with your Cjewels purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.  We will gladly provide you a cash refund within 30 days of purchase and a store credit within 90 days.  Just contact us at customerservice@cjewels.net or 1-844-CJEWELS to process your return and receive a pre-paid return shipping label.  As soon as we receive your returned item wi will process your refund/exchange.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your returned item to be delivered back to us.  Once the the return is processed, you will see your refund payment (if processed by credit card) within 30 days, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 

 Keep in mind when returning or exchanging an item:

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase, such as your packing slip or a copy of your confirmation email.
  • If your order was missing an item or contained the wrong item please notify us within 10 days from your order date.  Products that break prior to wear or have any defect must be reported ( just email or call us within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.  In the case of missing or damaged items we will provide you with a $10.00 store credit towards your next order.  We don't like making mistakes!

 Gift Wrap

 Are you purchasing a gift for someone? We offer our customers free gift wrapping on all orders.  Just include a gift message along with your order and your gift will be beautifully wrapped.  Would you like your gift sent directly to the recipient?  Send us the address where you would like your gift sent and we will take care of the rest!

Privacy Policy

We collect personally identifiable information through communications with you or through our website whenever you interact with Cjewels.  Some examples include:

  • Creating an account on the Cjewels website
  • Purchasing product on the Cjewels website
  • Subscribing to our news letter

We use this information to create a better shopping experience for you.  Cjewels will never sell or misuse your personal information

Care of you Cjewels

Let your Cjewels be the first thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off!

  • We all love our Cjewels but never sleep, shower or spray perfume/hair spray while wearing them.
  • Clean with a soft cloth and a little jewelry cleaner - or just put a drop or two of dish detergent in water and clean with a soft tooth brush.
  • Store your jewelry in plastic bags or in your jewelry box with silica gel packets.
